Recently, our company (Shenzhen Skyfend Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has identified infringing activities perpetrated by illegal entities on multiple online platforms, including unauthorized theft of the Company’s product images, unapproved online listings and false price marking. Such false information severely misleads the Company’s authorized agents, distributors, end customers and ecosystem partners, disrupts the Company’s official distribution system and market pricing mechanism, and inflicts severe damage to the Company’s brand reputation and legitimate business rights and interests.
To safeguard the Company’s legitimate rights and interests and protect the commercial interests of all partners, the Company hereby issues this formal statement as follows: The Company has never authorized any agents, distributors, ecosystem partners, third-party individuals or institutions to conduct online display, quotation or sales of the Company’s products via any online channels. Except for the official website of Skyfend Technology, all product graphics, pricing information and cooperation policies relating to the Company’s products displayed on e-commerce platforms, social media platforms, information portals and other online channels constitute stolen false information and are not officially released by the Company.
All partners, customers and the general public are urged to carefully and rigorously verify online information. All product specifications, official pricing standards and cooperation policies shall be subject to the contents published on the Company’s official website and through offline officially authorized channels. Do not trust unsubstantiated online information to avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary economic losses.
In response to all acts of infringement, image theft and false publicity, the Company shall strictly pursue civil, administrative and even criminal liabilities against all infringing parties in accordance with the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China, Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China and other applicable laws and regulations, claim compensation for all incurred losses in accordance with law, resolutely protect brand rights and market order, and will not tolerate any act of infringement.
