We are hiring: Radar signal processing algorithm expert
Join SkyFend in a frontier startup environment to advance counter-UAS technology.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and development of radar system algorithms, completing algorithm simulation, verification, and performance evaluation;
2. Responsible for coordinating with software and hardware engineers, guiding the completion of algorithm porting, problem analysis, and algorithm optimization;
3. Cooperate to complete system integration, joint debugging and testing, field testing, and technical support work, analyze and solve signal processing related problems that arise during project development;
4. Responsible for intellectual property related to algorithms and writing relevant design documents.
Job requirements
1. Major in electronic engineering, communication, signal processing, automation or related fields, with a master's degree or above;
2. Proficient in the basic theories and algorithms of signal processing, including digital filtering DBF、 Theories and algorithms related to pulse compression, MTI/MTD, CFAR detection, and target micro motion feature processing, with prior experience in product development preferred;
3. Proficient in one or more programming languages such as C/C++and MATLAB, with experience in algorithm implementation preferred;
4. Have a sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and execution ability;
5. Strong work initiative, clear thinking logic, optimistic personality, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
