We are hiring: AI Technology Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Development and Optimization of Counter-Drone AI Models:Responsible for the algorithm design and engineering implementation of AI large models in the counter-drone field, focusing on multimodal perception, target prediction, and decision-making. Drive the intelligent upgrade of processes such as drone detection, identification, tracking, and countermeasures. Develop large model applications based on drone behavioral characteristics (such as flight trajectory, electromagnetic signals, and image features) to improve system accuracy and real-time performance in complex environments.

2. Multimodal Data Integration and Intelligent Decision-Making:Integrate data from multiple sensors, including radar, optical, electromagnetic, and acoustic, to construct fusion algorithms for dynamic classification and threat level assessment of drone targets. Design AI-driven countermeasure strategy generation modules that output optimal countermeasure commands (such as jamming, capture, and physical strikes) based on behavior prediction and real-time environmental information.

3. Model Lightweighting and Edge Deployment: Optimize the deployment efficiency of large models on embedded devices to meet low latency and high reliability requirements, reducing computational resource consumption. Use quantization, pruning, and distillation to enhance real-time inference capabilities at the edge, ensuring stable system operation in complex environments.

4. Intelligent Process Design for Counter-Drone Operations:Participate in the entire design process of counter-drone systems from data collection, model training, to deployment applications, facilitating deep integration of AI technology into business operations. Develop standardized interfaces and toolchains to support rapid iteration and cross-platform deployment.

5. Technical Challenges and Cutting-Edge Research:Stay up-to-date with the latest AI large model technologies, conduct innovative algorithm research, and enhance the system's technical barriers. Collaborate with universities and research institutions to drive breakthroughs in complex electromagnetic countermeasures and dynamic target tracking scenarios.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic Engineering, Signal Processing, or related fields; Proficient in Python/C++, familiar with TensorFlow/PyTorch, and have more than 5 years of experience in AI large model development.

2. Experience in multimodal data integration and large model implementation, familiar with quantization and edge deployment technologies. Knowledge of counter-drone system architecture and drone communication protocols is preferred.

3. Led at least one project involving AI large models in the counter-drone or intelligent decision-making field, with full-process experience from needs analysis to deployment. Familiar with the integration and debugging of sensors and countermeasure devices.

4.Demonstrated excellent cross-team collaboration skills, working closely with hardware engineers, system engineers, and product managers to drive technology implementation. Possess keen insight into industry developments and can quickly translate academic achievements into business value.
